1.Establishment of Relationship

The first step in our relationship with our customers is to offer product lines that we handle, so that customer can evaluate 

them, of course we will offer necessary advises to help our customers to choose the correct products and suitable solutions.

2.Request for Quotation

Then our sales people will ask our technicians to make a solution design along with a proposed layout drawing, which 

once approved will enable the sales people to make the quotation and we will send back to our customers for evaluate.

3.Issue Purchase Order

Once the quotation and our solution is approved and the value of the merchandise is also accepted by the customer, this 

in turn issues a Purchase Order and our sales people will issue a Proforma Invoices. This ensure our customers start with 

the deposit  payment or begin with the Letter of Credit and initiates the production stage.

4.Production and Delivery

The approximate time of production will depend directly on the type of product. Generally speaking, the delivery is by ocean 

and takes around 12 to 45 days to arrive to Destination Port according to different countries.

5.Quality Assurance

We ensure that production is made within the standards and deadlines required by our customers. Besides, we send 

constantly our staff in charge of production lines to inspect in order to avoid quality problems. and press to avoid 

quality problems.
